begging for spring

It's been a very long winter. With a toddler at home, it's been an eternity. When we're not dashing off to a therapy session, we're attempting to stay on top of cabin fever with fun activities in the snow, playdates, and the occasional weekend getaway. Here are a bunch of photos of what we've been up to lately.

Frolicking in the snow..

Hmmm. I'm not so sure about this.

That way, daddy!

A little indoor sledding at school. All in the spirit of the winter games.

Trying out and hating a cupcake post his routine. (Not to worry, I ate it for him).

Learning to color.

Adventures in Naptime. Have you seen it? It's on all the time at Colden's House.

That's more like it. Ohhh how I love this face.

Visiting our sweet pal Evie at the hospital. After a lengthy stay, she was sent home this same day!

Practicing his OT skills.

Playdates galore.

Playing dress up. CU baby buffaloes sure are cute.

My little sweetheart.

What a weekend trip to Pittsburgh looks like.

Destination: Ikea. Let the shopping begin...

The tiniest of product testers.

Swedish meatball heaven.

The outcome of all our purchases. There's still loads more to decorate, but I'm so happy with how it's turning out!

Trying out the panoramic feature.

Now that the basement den is nearly finished, we're certainly ready to come out of hibernation.

Sayonara winter, hello spring!
